CARS Christmas Lunch December 2009
After the success of the previous two mid-day Christmas Lunches we have repeated
it again this year on a nice weak sunny day - so nice
after days of rain - unusual for Essex.
It was at the same venue as last year - The Chimes Restaurant at The Rettendon Bell
on the "old A130" with "mine host, Jean looking after us.
This year we had a total of 35 Guest, Members and Visitors.
Quiz and trivia sheets were circulated by Colin, G0TRM and John, G8DET.
Our thanks to The Bell, Martyn and Val for organising it and all those who supported it.
What do we do next year? Do we repeat the excellent event? Suggestions to a Committee Member, please.
